Disappointed - cancelled due to weather.
Our tour was cancelled with no refund because we couldn’t port due to weather. Not cool. So disappointed.

Disappointing
Disappointed by the Stockholm tour bus. The explanations about the places and monuments are very brief, which does not really allow one to learn more about the city. Furthermore, the stops are quite long, which gives the impression of spending more time waiting than discovering Stockholm.

Not as speedy as other...
Not as speedy as other cities. Would have been better off taking an uber to the museums and outer areas.

Driver was lost
Don’t be fooled, this company went to Nynashamn cruise port and we bought tickets for their hop on hop off going to Stockholm. Driver was lost , went to a country road and find his way back to the highway. All passengers were scared. Sent email but officer is closed cause it’s Saturday. There should be an emergency contact information if this happens. Very scary and we are all distressed about the situation.

Not a relaxing day at all
Total chaos. Buses taking ages to get through traffic, waited 50 minutes for a bus to have a full bus arrive followed by two more buses. Nearly 100 in the queue by then. I bought a 72 hour ticket to be told no HOHO buses running on the second day!! Viator very helpful and issued a partial refund.

Excellent way to explore this beautiful city
We caught the bus over 48 hours and used the hop on hop off aspect to explore the city’s many attractions.: bus took us to all the major areas and we timed it so we didn’t have to wait long to catch it again. Get the ticket that includes the canal tour

Be great if I could use it
Bought 72 hour bus and boat ticket a week ago. Only arrived yesterday so did short bus route. Tried to find my ticket in apple wallet to use for most ride. It’s disappeared. Very disappointed
