We decided to book a private trip to Krka Waterfalls instead of the boat tour offered by our hotel and we are so glad we did. Travelling with a 3 and 5 year old it was great to have more flexibility. Mirko our guide was great - he was really good with the children, showing them things they would like and explaining things in a way they would understand. My 3 year old son is talking a lot about the cave and describe the day as “this is nice mummy!” We all learnt so much and got a great restaurant recommendation in Skradin for lunch!
We even decided to book a second day with Mirko to visit Primosten - we enjoyed coffee and lunch together learning so much about Croatian history. I would highly recommend this trip and Mirko as a guide if you want a friendly, knowledgeable and flexible guide to show you this gorgeous country!
