Bus didn't show up. We waited over 45 min. and received no notice. Both phone numbers provided were out of service. Total waste of time and had to be there at 4:30.

Our scheduled pickup time was 4:30 am. We arrived at pick up site at 4:15 am and waited till 5:30 am but no-one showed up. Viator was notified .No response from bus operator when called . Our time

Do not book with this company. I waited for over 1 hour and no one showed up, answered phone calls or messages. I was contacting them since the day before. They messaged me the day before asking me if I wanted to add on a walking tour for additional money, but when it came time for logistics no response - clearly they just want more money. I had to book another tour last minute. This tour is a scam and should be removed from the posting on this website. For potential visitors please do not book with them. I am still waiting for a refund.

Viator should cancel this tour. It didn’t happen. Supposed to go 22nd September and received auto confirmation but no email to confirm pickup. No response from telephone numbers or email. Contacted Viator in advance. They couldn’t contact them. Went to hotel pickup at 4:30am but surprise surprise no bus. Viator are processing the refund. I suspect that the operator didn’t exist. POOR POOR POOR.

Do not purchase this tour. The tour provider was not contactable on the numbers provided, Viator messaging and by email and we were left waiting at designated pick up point for over an hour. This was purchased for a 60th birthday gift. Viator needs to perform due diligence on these tour providers. Terrible is an understatement.

Waited for almost an hour at the Venetian and driver never showed up . Total waste of time and money ! Called phone number and was told via recording to download whatsapp!

Bus did not show up. Scheduled to arrive 4:30 am to 5:00 am, we waited at stop until 5:45 am, no bus. No persons at tour phone number to tell us where the bus was. Need refund for this trip not taken.

the sights, awe inspiring! Our hosts: Josh was a great host. Very knowledgeable and very humorous. Also has a great singing voice. Leonardo was a great driver. Both work well together and our experience is one for the books!

Trip never happened and they cancelled the day before the trip. Ruined our chance to see the Grand Canyon for the first time in 55 years. Very disappointed customer JeffHoran

Be prepared for disappointment, but all is not lost!. Having booked this trip and received various emails up to 12 hours before our pickup, including… ‘important email will come through before 8pm confirming your pickup location and time (even though it was already confirmed), & …. . Would you like to add on a guided walking tour for $25pp, only 30 mins later, I receive a final email saying TOUR CANCELLED! . Don’t bother trying to call, WhatsApp or email them, they don’t respond at all. But here’s the good bit … if you have a car, two drivers & up for a long but great day, get up and out at your pickup time, roads are clear & easy (it’s basically 3 straight roads to the visitors centre (although dont follow google maps if at the 20 mins away, it tells you to turn down a dirt track, just keep going to the park entrance). Once at visitors center , look round & enjoy your time seeing the first look out , then back to your car & follow the map for easy stop but you can’t go wrong coz it’s one road , then once done , head back the way you came. There places to eat at visitors centre or the last stop , tower lookout The drive is long, but so doable . I gave, even though I saw many negative reviews, the benefit of the doubt , by booking, but the reviews are true. I get that it was possibly down to lack of numbers, but why not let us know 24hr hours before , which is the tour company cancellation policy to customers, so it would be nice if it worked both ways. ! Ps … I think the email telling you, you MUST keep eye out before for 8pm email, was actually so that they have better chance of you finding the cancellation email rather than going to bed with no idea you will never be picked up. Oh and if you do get there…. You will never forget that first lookout (no words to describe) over the canyon and know, it was worth the effort of not letting this company spoil your day .
