Our journey through the heart of Alentejo was nothing short of magical. The service was impeccable, with our driver providing rich insights into the region's history and culture. We were upgraded to a fancy Mercedes SUV. We felt like royalty. We loved Evora. The visit to Herdade Esporao was a highlight, offering a taste of the finest local wines and gastronomy, while the medieval village of Monsaraz captivated us with its timeless beauty. For those seeking to explore the soul of Portugal, this experience is unparalleled. Thank you so much for a day we'll treasure forever!

Over priced for what you get. Booked for 4 people. 2 could not make it at last minute because of travel schedule change. Had to pay full amount of booking. No compromise from local tour company.

We sincerely regret to know that we have not met all your expectations and therefore we would like to assure you that we took good note of your remarks. Kindly note that we made all the efforts to arrange a visit for you in Herdade do Esporão winery, on the day initially requested. Since we strive to offer a superior service to our clients, we informed in advance that this winery was already fully committed for the day requested. September is one of the busiest months of the year. This may be disappointing but the availability of the wineries transcends our operation. As an alternative, we suggested another excellent winery in the surroundings, since the region is well-known for the high quality wine production and this option was declined. We did understand that Esporão was a must seeing point and we offered to perform the tour in the following day, when the winery was available. Since this solution was accepted and the tour was performed accordingly by one of the best guides of our company, we regret to not be able to accept a refund of the tour after its completion. Your feedback is most valuable and allows us to constantly improve our competences. We appreciate again your sharing your concerns and we sincerely hope to have the pleasure of taking you to enjoy another of our tailor-made experiences in a near future.
