冒険のスタートは、指定された集合場所で集合します。会社の乗り物に乗り込み、打ち上げ場所まで少し移動します。 到着後、畏敬の念をこめて熱気球が膨らませられ、飛行の準備が整うのを眺めましょう。 乗船後は、日の出とともにソノラ砂漠の息をのむような景色を眺めながら、45分から1時間の穏やかなフライトをお楽しみください。 上陸後は、伝統的なシャンパントーストと新鮮なフルーツで忘れられない体験をお祝いしましょう。 お祝いが終われば、社用車で一緒に元の待ち合わせ場所に戻ります。 220ポンドを超える乗客には重量割増料金は含まれません。 厳しいスケジュールのため、乗客はこの体験に時間を守らなければなりません。 ご到着が遅れた場合、返金や日程変更はいたしません。

This experience was tailor made for us & highlighted that our pilot Shane is extremely experienced and knowledgeable. The crew was timely for arrival & loading up together to find our take off spot. Shane explained every step of the process to find a good spot. He emphasized how important the his was for safety reasons & built rapport and trust right at the start. Once we found a good spot, he explained how everything would work & he & his crew worked quickly to get everything set up. We loaded into the basket & Shane noticed a safety hiccup with his balloon lines & asked everyone to unload and he restarted his entire process (deflating the balloon, readjusting the line, then reinflating the balloon for our ride), which took 30+ minutes. Our group had no problem with this because we wanted safety first. Within a short time we were able to reload the basket & we were in the air before the sunrise which was a pleasant reward, as we thought we might miss it due to the line issue. Shane shared lots of facts about the area throughout our ride, made some jokes, interacted with the group, etc. His skill continued to show as we navigated flying wherever the wind took us, despite some areas being very little wind to guide us. He continually communicated with his crew on the ground, updating them on our location so they could meet us wherever we landed. We experienced some cool things up in the air, choosing a landing spot, then needing to change it at the very last second. Super cool flying low over a grocery store lol & then to top it all off, the ceremonial champagne toast with the backstory included was phenomenal. Thank you Shane & crew, would highly recommend. Pack your patience and just be in the moment. You’re in great hands.
This was a scam !!!! They took my money my $400 tried to go in the air but said the wind was to strong etc !
We’re sorry to hear that you feel this way. We understand how frustrating it is when a flight does not go as planned, but we want to clarify what happened. Your group arrived late, and our policy clearly states that late arrivals and no-shows forfeit the amount paid for the experience. While we were waiting for your group, the wind conditions increased. Despite the delay and the unfavorable conditions, our team still made every effort to determine whether we could safely complete the flight. Unfortunately, the wind conditions ultimately made it impossible to fly safely. Weather conditions, particularly wind, are something we cannot control, and the safety of our guests and crew will always come first. We did not cancel your experience to take your money, and we certainly do not operate a scam. We followed our stated late-arrival policy and made an attempt to operate the flight when conditions allowed. We understand that this was disappointing, but we hope this provides some clarification regarding what occurred that morning.
