Impressive , we saw the city in a different light. We had a wonderful guide, kind accurate and nice We recommend the experience
9pm tour on 26/9/25 (Lucca) Unfortunately, the tour guide did not turn up Another person who booked on the tour rang and the contact said they were unable reach the tour guide. They offered another time the next day but I couldn’t go on this tour as I was leaving early in the morning. I chatted to the other people which was nice, went for a walk and then home.
The guide Mrs. Gabriella, explained exhaustively all the characteristic places of the city of Lucca. A labyrinth of streets, which intersect with each other. Truly something unique, at dusk, there was little turnout of people and you could admire all the illuminated buildings. Really to recommend to those who come to visit this or other cities.
The excursion was not made, no one contacted me to let me know. I called the number on the reservation twice but the person who attended me could not contact the guide.
The guide did not show up. Other people were waiting at the meeting point and it was not possible to contact the guide. I tried to request a refund but die not get an answer.
Paula was very informative and knew alit about the history of Lucca. Unfortunately we booked an English speaking tour but it was half Italian half English which meant a lot of waiting around. Also a large group approx 20-25 people.
Really appreciate the tour guide lady (sorry I forget her name) taking her time to explain the history as well as culture. Highly recommend
