BlueCity Tour Review
-WEAR COMFORTABLE SHOES
- it's a lot of walking through hills and narrow alleyways, but beautiful
**** Tour Review ****
Our driver, Zack, was extremely kind, professional, and accommodating. He maintained constant communication with us before our arrival and was already there waiting for us early. He drove us safely to and from the Blue City, taking us along a beautiful, scenic route through the mountains. Everything was so thoughtfully planned and well put together.
Once we arrived in the Blue City, our guide, TJ, was equally kind and professional. He was extremely knowledgeable and made the experience even more enjoyable.
All in all, it was a wonderful day exploring the beautiful Blue City of Morocco! 🇲🇦💙

Our driver Oussama made our trip very memorable!!!! This tour is a must!
Our driver, Oussama, was incredibly professional, kind, informative, and—most importantly—a safe and skilled driver. He made the journey comfortable and enjoyable, never rushed us, and showed great patience throughout the entire trip.
We stopped at an incredible restaurant both on the way there and back, which added even more to the experience. The tour itself was well-paced and thoughtfully organized.
A big shout-out to our local tour guide in the Blue City—you were awesome! I wish I could remember your name, but your enthusiasm and knowledge truly made the visit unforgettable.
Highly recommend this tour!

Good but….Murad Great
Tour was amazing but they had a mishap, tour was suppose to start 6AM and we were not told that it was changed until 11 PM night before. We were sleeping and should have been notified earlier in the day before. Murad, out driver was great, courteous, pleasant, and showed us amazing places besides chefchuren.
事業者からの返答
Thank you so much for your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the scheduling issue. We acknowledge that the tour was originally planned for 6 AM, and we should have informed you of the change much earlier. We deeply regret not communicating this sooner and apologize for any inconvenience caused. On a positive note, we are so glad that Murad was a fantastic driver—courteous, kind, and attentive—and that he showed you amazing places beyond Chefchaouen. We appreciate your understanding, and we will take steps to ensure we communicate any changes much earlier in the future, ensuring smoother communication. Thank you for your recommendation and your patience.
