HORRIBLE! THEY ARE THIEVES!!!! Never buy anything from them; there are many good agencies and I know how to value them, but this was a disaster. Scammers tried to charge us a crazy amount extra for 5 minutes! Something like this had never happened to me before.

Hello, thank you very much for your review. I hope as many people as possible see it, along with my response to it.
To be clear, the price of €220 was paid by card at our stand in the Old Town for a 4-hour rental, which does not include fuel (fuel usually comes to around €60 for a 4-hour period).
You, as very polite people, a father and daughter, where the father speaks no English at all and the daughter speaks very little.. were picked up by car at the agreed time and location.
Upon arriving at the jet ski location, my colleague Luka took over and explained everything about how to operate the jet ski, where you can and cannot go, and the terms and conditions of the rental, which you signed in the agreement.
To you, as to everyone else, we clearly explained that we tolerate a 5 to 10 minute delay, and we wouldn't even charge for 15 minutes.. but 25 minutes late was simply too much. Therefore, we asked for €80 for the late return and €40 for the fuel.
At that point, you got angry and called both the Dubrovnik Tourist Board and the police, neither of whom helped you because there was no basis for fraud or theft.
I would also like to mention that you said you thought being late wouldn't be a problem :'D.
So, to anyone looking to book this experience, I want to state right away that we will charge for late returns. A 5–10 minute delay is fine, even 15 minutes is not an issue, but anything beyond that will be charged.

Saw Dolphins, Blue Caves & Islands – Incredible Experience
This jet ski tour was absolutely amazing! We explored around Dubrovnik, saw the beautiful Elaphiti Islands, the Blue Caves, and even dolphins! 🐬 It was my first time ever driving a jet ski, and they made it so easy by giving us a map and explaining everything really clearly. I felt comfortable straight away. A huge thank you to Antonio as well, who picked us up right from our hotel, took us to the port, and even dropped us back afterwards – such great service! Overall, it was an unforgettable experience and I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Best customer service in Dubrovnik
The guys could not have been any more helpful from the moment we made contact with them. They collected us from any point that suited us and even offered to bring us back to our hotel which was 24km away after the experience.

Best day in Dubrovnik
Absolutely wonderful! We have made more than 10 experiences in Dubrovnik on our visit and this is the best without a doubt. We have been picked up and taken to the hotel with impressive attention and friendliness. Motorbikes once, 4 hours give a lot and we have visited the whole area calmly. My sister and I have been riding until tired and or come back they have received them with very good attention too. Antonio super friendly and our driver a 10/10

My jet skiing experience
The jet skiing was amazing.I really enjoyed my time. I had so much fun with my family.It was the highlight of my holiday.If you are an adreline junky I would definitely recommend this activity.It was such fun.This is the first time I have done it and was really good fun.Staff were friendly and helpful.

Amazing jet ski experience
Excellent jt ski experience. Hire from Antonio of Adtatic Boat Tours who was welcoming and advised about the best places to explore along the stunning coastline near Dubrovnik. Fantastic time in the nearby blue cave. I recommend this company to all. We have re-booked another session in 5 days. Charles

Wonderful Jet Ski Tour
