This private walking tour was excellent and real value for money. Our guide Konstantin was well informed and humorous, with a passion for Lyon history and hidden sites. We saw places we could have never known about and were given an excellent overview of Lyon's silk history. The tour was over 2 hour and the best of the this type I have ever attended.

Thank you for your review, Jo! I'm sure you'd have known about all those places eventually, I merely served as a shortcut so that you coud see it all in over 2 hours instead of two years :)
Enjoy the rest of your travels!

Outstanding!
Konstantin is an interesting story himself. His knowledge of the subject matter was outstanding, his English was excellent and he is very personable to boot. There is a fair amount of walking with a seemingly open - ended time limit as you prefer. Great tour.

Great experience
I had a wonderful time with Konstantin. In addition to a fascinating tour of Lyon he also kindly let me practice my French with him.
I’d thoroughly recommend this tour

Dear Fiona, I'm always happy to meet a fellow enthousiast for languages, learning someone's language is the first step to understand them and their culture.
I'm glad I could help you with your French a little!

Thank you, "Casual" would be my middle name if I had one... Well, maybe it doesn't quite roll off the tongue for a name, but I'm happy you enjoyed our time together!
Wish you more fun travels and safe return home!

A Trabouled Past
Erudite, charming, and engaging, Konstantin was the perfect guide to the complex and fascinating history of Lyon. He maintained a pace perfectly suited for us, was flexible, and provided interesting little anecdotes that made the tour even more memorable. If you enjoy history, architecture, and pleasant conversation, Konstantin is your guide of choice.

Thank you Kathryn, my aim is always for everyone to spend a nice moment in Lyon rather than to rush through the main sites, I'm very glad we had this experience together. Take care and enjoy the rest of your travels!

Guided tour of Lyon
A superb guided tour of Lyon with Konstantin. It was truly amazing to explore the city with such a passionate guide about history and this magnificent city. We wandered from the pound to the basilica, descended by funicular to visit the traboules, all during 3 hours of historical and architectural explanations. A big thank you

Great informative tour
A fun, learning filled tour with Konstantin covering a lot of ground in a short period of time. We wanted more history and he accommodated with a wealth of knowledge. Definitely would recommend. Thanks Konstantin!

Hello Christopher,
Thank you for taking your time to write this review !
To be fair, it's easy to discuss lots of history when the city has 2,000 years of it :) but it was my pleasure to walk with such a good audience who share my passion.
Good continuation for your travelling!
