Scam he never answered they never gave a meet time and was just overall a pure scam. Don’t even try very unprofessional.

The company no longer exist and the jet ski never showed up to where we were to meet. Thanfully Viator has offered a full refund. Do not book jet skis, they no longer exist.

First of all I like their product and for the most part the service, our flight down go changed. Went on the reservation to let them know my fight got changed. I changed the time for noon to 8:30 for the exact same day of pick up on the day of pickup. Charge went up $400. I should have just walked away from the counter.

SCAM!!! This low life man took $300 from me for a jet ski rental. Each time I made contact with him he would either be in bed or “under the hood” of his car. Each time I would ask for an address to meet him at to ride the jet skis-each time he would tell me he would get in touch with me he never did. The last time I tried to call was the day before my Jet Ski adventure-his girlfriend answered the phone very rudely and told me I had the wrong number. I called right back and voicemail went straight to “on-site water sport “ so it was definitely the correct number. This man is a joke…he’s a scam …he’s a fraud and I’m going to do everything possible to make sure that he is penalized for this. You cannot do this to people who work hard for their money and Expect to have a good life. He is ruining peoples vacations completely

The operator no show at the meet-up location (boat ramp). Didn’t reply phone calls, texts and messages via Viator app. When I called the 3rd time, a woman answered, and then handed the phone to a guy. He said “wrong number”. But it’s the number that Viator gave me and also the number listed for the operator.. Our day was ruined. I want my money back!!

SCAM ALERT. This guy Paul Csotty took our deposit. We were to rent 2 ski's. I called his several times. He claimed he had a flat. I requested the funds and he stopped answering and ignored text. I will be reporting him to the state of Florida.

SCAM ALERT! Save your money, because you will not get it back when this company flakes on you the day of your reservation. The day we were supposed to get our 2 rentals, the guy called and said that there was supposed to be bad weather, which okay we understand that is out of their control (though it ended up being sunshine all day). He also said that one jet ski was actually not working so we would only have 1, he said he was working on it and might have it done by the next day so we rescheduled. That evening I texted to follow up and he again said he was working on fixing the jet ski. The next day, mid-morning, I call since we did not hear back. He said he still didn’t have it fixed and assumed we would want a refund. So we agreed on the refund and I initiated the refund in trip advisor. He only refunded half the amount we paid. When I tried to contact him asking why only half was reimbursed, he did not reply or answer his phone. Still haven’t heard back. Trust me, find another company.

Our reservation showed a pick up location close to where we were staying, we couldn’t locate it so we contacted the owner. He changed the location to a further point, but we agreed to meet there at 8:30am, as we had rented jet ski for a full day. At 7:00am he called to say he may be delayed as his trailer had a flat tire, told us he’d still try to be there by 8:30 but would probably be 9:00. We understand things happen and said that would be fine. We arrived at the place he stated at 8:45, he wasn’t there, at 9:15 he still wasn’t there, beginning to think we’d been scammed. Tried contacting him, 9:30 he responded he’s on his way, 9:40 still not there. It’s now getting super hot out and we had wanted to get on the water early! He finally arrived just before 10:00. NOTE: the jet ski is definitely NOT the ones he shows in the pictures!! It’s an older model, with a taped up front storage compartment and extremely loud motor! We left at 10:00, due back at 4:00 for the full day we paid for. It was nice to be able to go anywhere we wanted, but we were a little nervous with how loud the motor was, surely didn’t want it to break down! We rode around for a few hours, went back to the beach by our condo with it for a while then decided to bring it back. Had it 4 hours 1/2 day, not the full day we’d paid for. When we got back he said he checked gas we used and then said it would be $32 more, although my husband said it only went down 2 bars!! I asked him to consider not charging extra for the small amount of gas we used since he was 1 1/2 hours late getting it to us, it was not the jet ski he advertised and we brought it back 2 hours early. He said “ No we shouldn’t expect him to eat the cost!!!” Wow, he already had made an extra $100 off us, and the jet ski was not as advertised!! He settled on $20 for the gas and we left. Definitely would not recommend!! Find a reputable place to rent from and see the jet ski you’re getting before paying!!! Would have rated the experience less, but we made the best of the situation because it wasn’t worth ruining a day of our vacation!!

This experience was once in a lifetime! Paul met us right on time and provided us with new life jackets for the ride. We were able to roam freely and stately return at the designated time.

Was left hanging worst experience I ever had . i booked a jetski reservation and was told hes unavailable to drop the jetski for me as reserved after requesting my refund no one is able to get a hold of him to confirm the dispute
