We would, however, like to clarify an important point regarding the ticket purchased. The experience we advertise is a pre-booked cableway ticket, which allows clients to secure their entry in advance and avoid the risk of tickets being sold out—especially during peak periods at Table Mountain Aerial Cableway. It also ensures clients do not spend time in the tickets line instead they head straight to the Cable Car, While this offers convenience and time-saving in planning, it is not a priority boarding or “fast track” lane ticket, as the cableway operates on a single queue system for all visitors. That said, we fully acknowledge that delays in sending your tickets and difficulty reaching us added unnecessary stress to your experience. This is not acceptable, and we are actively reviewing our response times and communication processes to ensure this does not happen again. Hi thank you so much for taking your time to review your experience we really appreciate. However we are really sorry that you had to top up for a Fast Track ticket since you could not stand the long lines because of your sister's condition. Table Mountain is such a busy attraction especially during public holidaus and whenever Cruise ships stop over. Otherwise you had a good time since the experience was lovely. Its always like that on Table Mountain.
