Prior to your arrival, all services, pricing, table arrangements, decorations, transportation, and any additional requests were clearly explained and communicated. During your visit, our team made every effort to accommodate your requests and ensure that your celebration was enjoyable. The cake service mentioned in your review was offered as an optional extra service and, as with all additional services at our venue, its cost was transparently disclosed in advance. When you declined, we fully respected your decision. At no point did any member of our team intentionally behave in a rude, aggressive, or disrespectful manner. The safety and comfort of our guests are among our highest priorities, and we take such allegations very seriously. Unfortunately, several expectations and requests made by your group involved complimentary services that are not included in our standard offering and had never been promised. When these requests could not be provided free of charge, tensions arose. We believe this review does not fairly represent the full context of the situation. We are proud of the hundreds of guests who have enjoyed their experience with us, and many of our customers who witnessed the events of that evening expressed support for our staff and service.
