This was a fun way to explore the city. Having the route mapped out for us enabled us to see the highlights of Verona, many parts we would never have found. Going at our own pace allowed us to shop or snack whenever we wanted

Highly recommended!!!
We repeated the experience, since we had a very good time in Trieste as well. The adventure is very useful and fun especially if you are traveling with children/teenagers. We will definitely do it again in other cities!

Loved the scavenger hunt
We have used the World City Trails app scavenger hunt and found places using that we would have never found alone. As well as learning interesting things along the way.

Flexibility regrading the route was convenient, but basic, borderline scant information provided regarding the sites. Wish more was given. The riddles were somewhat confusing and we could not figure the relevance.

We used it as a simple guide for Verona. Some ridls where just not understood to me. App is simple, the info about the location is enough informative. I did not compete with anyone, so I do not know how it works if you use it to compete.
Location of the Julia's balcony is not correct, because they made now one way walk and the entrance to the small courtyard is from the other side.

We did the scavenger hunt by bike and thus saw everything at once. We sometimes checked the task but nevertheless found it very entertaining and very practical to acquire knowledge with few means within a very short time.

Super fun time we had playing this game!!!! Also cool recommendations and info about the city. I'll definitely repeat if any of the cities I visit have a scavenger hunting like this one!

See the city at your own pace and with riddles!
Easy to follow app, lovely way to see the city at your own pace and with some fun riddles at the same time. We decided against paying for guided walking tour, after this, as we felt this hit the right notes.
