Great day in Tenerife
What an amazing day! We use the scavenger hunt to find parks and statues and plazas that we never would’ve found on our own own. There was a little little bit bit of uphill walking so anyone who’s challenged by that might want to consider, but we had no trouble with the app or the clues and we really enjoyed ourselves.

Thank you so much for this wonderful review! 😊 We're thrilled you had an amazing day exploring Tenerife and discovered hidden parks, statues and plazas you would never have found otherwise — that's exactly the magic we want to create! Great point about the uphill walking, that's really helpful for future visitors to know. So glad the app and clues worked smoothly for you. We hope to see you on another adventure in a different city soon! 🗺️

Poor
Very disappointing. We reached Parque Garcia and spent over an hour looking for the initial 4 clues of which we eventually found 2. The app was extremely confusing with the option to provide tips doing nothing. It was very difficult to match the poor images with the actual places and even harder to determine it's corresponding location on the map. I tried the online chat help which simply told me that everyone else is happy with it.

Hi David, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and we sincerely apologise for the frustrating experience in Tenerife. We're sorry the clues and images were difficult to match on location — this is valuable feedback and we will review that specific section of the tour to make improvements. Regarding the hints feature, we're sorry it wasn't working as expected and we will look into this immediately. We always want our players to have a fun and smooth experience and we clearly fell short here. Please reach out to us directly at worldcitytrail.com/chat and we'd love to make this right for you. 🗺️

Perfect for families and curious travelers
We did the Tenerife scavenger hunt with our two kids and it was a fantastic family activity! Everyone got involved solving clues and learning about the city’s history and culture. The route was easy to follow and took us to some really cool spots we wouldn’t have found on our own. Way better than just walking around aimlessly , it turned our sightseeing into a game.
