We always try a Scavenger Hunt when visiting larger cities, as it’s a great way to see many sites in a short time. We were in Bologna this time and it was the worst experience we’ve ever had. It was actually handled by a third party (world real time), and it took over an hour just to start the game…and then the first 3 stops were impossible to decipher, eventually getting the answers but not able to register them on the APP…crazy!!
My family had enough after 2 hours in the heat, and wanted to quit for beers…I followed…😁
I’ve traveled for 40+ years and have never left a negative review anywhere…but I feel compelled to share on behalf of future travelers, as well as it being important for Viator to know what’s going on in the field.
Respectfully submitted, MA

Very nice way to get to know a city!!
A very entertaining way to get to know a city. You decide at what pace it continues or if you need a break, and you can explore places you find interesting for longer.
Anytime again!!!

Confusing start, great tour
Amazing self guided tour, but Viator didn't give us the actual link to the app you needed to use. Luckily for us the operator was quick and helpful for us and it was smoothly resolved
事業者からの返答
Thank you so much! 😊 We're glad the tour through Bologna was amazing, and that our team got you up and running quickly! You've pinpointed something important, the app link not being obvious at booking, and we're actively working to make that step clearer from the start so nobody has that confusing moment. We hope to welcome you on another adventure in a different city soon! 🗺️

Fun tour of city... But needs updated due to renovations
Really fun and a great way to see a city at your own pace.
Only reason I'm giving 4 stars rather than 5 is one of the stops isn't open on a Sunday and that wasn't mentioned nd one is under renovation which also wasn't mentioned. Otherwise I would do a tour like this again in a different city.

Very practical, simple, and engaging, to explore even lesser-known places in the city.

We recommend!
The game allowed us to discover very nice places in the city.
The small "historical" texts were very interesting.
The trials were nice, neither too easy nor too complicated.
We really enjoyed it!
