Very nice scavenger hunt through Bilbao with interesting information and great tasks. Along the way, we also saw many other attractions and ate well. The app is highly recommended!
Vielen Dank! 🗺️
It is a shame to have to switch applications to get the route to the next stop. Otherwise everything is clear, the puzzles are nice, and the explanations are interesting. You see the essential and iconic places of Bilbao. It must be very beautiful to do it at night when everything is illuminated. We would have liked to find a little "treasure" in a cache at the end :)
Merci beaucoup! 🗺️
Very nice puzzle to do with the family, the explanations are interesting, the GPS guidance is very useful and works very well. I highly recommend it. In a quest for improvement: repetitive explanations before the puzzle and after solving the puzzle, perhaps they should be reduced or the repetitions removed.
Merci beaucoup! 🗺️
Very interesting experience, being able to immerse in the history and having fun riddles was worth it
Thank you so much Jucelyn! 😊 Immersing yourself in the history while having fun with the riddles in Bilbao — that's exactly the experience we want to create! We hope to welcome you on another adventure in a different city soon! 🗺️
What a fun way to get to know Bilbao! My husband was a little hesitant at first, because why scavenger hunt, that's for kids, right? But gradually we got a lot of fun out of it. The puzzles themselves were not difficult. One was wrong, but I passed it on and will hopefully be adapted for the next one. Recommended if you want to get to know a city in a different way!
The first clue we looked for was not able to be reached as the lake had been partially fenced off, so the path to it was not open. It looked like it had been like this for some time. The second clue was a statue, but the map pin position for it was nowhere near it (we actually found the statue on our way home a few hours later long after giving up on the Scavenger Hunt!) It was almost 200m from the map pin! As it was then raining, we gave up on the hunt and went to the Guggenheim instead. The idea of the hunt is good, but it needs to be regularly checked to ensure the clues are still there/accessible.
Thank you for your detailed feedback and we're sorry the experience in Bilbao didn't go as planned. We take your specific reports very seriously — a fenced off area blocking access to the first stop and a map pin that was 200 metres away from the actual statue are concrete issues that we will investigate and correct immediately. Accurate map pins are essential for a good experience and we apologise that this caused so much frustration, especially in the rain. We continuously work on keeping our content up to date and reports like yours help us enormously. Please reach out to us at worldcitytrail.com/chat with your booking number and we will find a fair solution for you. We hope to give you a much better experience in Bilbao or another city! 🗺️

Easy to book. The app was very good. I had a problem initially with logging in but the online help was very useful and we were soon on our way. Really enjoyed the 10 ‘stops’. Would recommend.
