The trail was a great way to explore a new city, not too far to walk between clues and some great information at each stop which allowed us to plan where we wanted to explore in more detail during the rest of our stay. We liked the flexibility to take the trail at our own pace. However, the joining instructions were not very clear and we had to message for clarification on how to start the trail when we arrived at the start. The hints for the clues were useful.

Turin Tour
We enjoyed the tour.
Logging in was difficult as instruction were not clear and I should have only paid for 1 as we ddi it in a single team.

Thank you so much Steve! 😊 We're glad you enjoyed the Turin tour! We're sorry the login instructions weren't clear, that's exactly the step we're working to make smoother. Just to clarify: one ticket covers one phone, so since you played as a single team on one device, one ticket was all you needed. Please reach out at worldcitytrail.com/chat about the extra ticket and we'll gladly find a fair solution. We hope to welcome you on another adventure in a different city soon! 🗺️

Schnitzel Audio Guide
Nice way to get to know the city on a scavenger hunt. More memorable than just an audio guide
