We had an amazing private Alsace tour with Stéphane. He was knowledgeable, warm, flexible, and made the day feel both personal and effortless. The mix of history, scenery, villages, and wine was exactly what we hoped for, and he added thoughtful context throughout without ever making the day feel rushed. A truly memorable experience and one we would highly recommend! Be prepared for many wonderful memories and a few joyful surprises!!

Stefania was an amazing guide with a fun personality! She took us to the castle Haut Koenigsbourg, the village of Riquewihr, and other hidden gems of the region. She was very knowledgeable and gave us time to sightsee, shop, and eat. It was charming and pleasant day.

For my wife’s birthday, we decided to visit Strasbourg for a long weekend, and the highlight of the trip was Step’s private tour of the Alsace region. We really enjoyed the whole experience, which was very well organised, informative and really enjoyable. We saw a vineyard, two wineries, a castle and some beautiful towns. Steph has good humour too which made us feel very comfortable. Overall, highly recommend and well worth it!

Everything went to ask by mouth.: Before its beginning we communicated with the organizers who proposed different tour options, adapting to our wishes and requests. The beginning was with complete punctuality and facilitating our movement. In the development of the activity, Stefania, our driver and guide developed her great role, demonstrating ample knowledge about the different visits, looking for variations of the tourist routine and deepening , incorporating even some surprise pleasure that we especially value . Finally a magnificent experience that we highly value and recommend to future participants

France in a day - done to perfection! This was a highlight of our whirlwind tour of Europe and just one day in France. Communication was excellent and you could not find a more professional, kind, informed and gentlemanly guide than Christoph. Stefan helped us tailor the day for a family of 6 with our four children and the Tesla was an amazing choice. Plenty of space for long drives and premium comfort. The day was run meticulously even with the busiest day of Christmas markets - Strasbourg, Colmar, Haut Konigsbourg Castle (one of the best in the world, we’ve seen a lot!) plus small towns and hidden gems we would never have discovered without our lovely local guide. Easy parking, local tips, timed to optimise our day. The Alsace region is a treasure trove, and we cannot recommend Steph on Tour highly enough. Our 8 year old at the end of a long and excellent day just said “a lot of guides are only there for the adults, but Christoph looked after us all. He was the best”. From an adult view, the insight into to the region, culture, language and history was exceptional and we thoroughly enjoyed Christoph’s company. 100% would book again and we will when we return!

We had Christophe accompany us to the Black Forest and to the Alsace region on two separate trips. He was very knowledgeable and took us to all the right places, explaining the history of the villages. We especially loved the hidden gems (which I will not reveal here, in order to save the surprises for any future travellers witht he company). We had a really great time over the two days. Booking was very easy via Viator with Stefan texting details and asking us our preferences. We left it up to him to make recommendations in some instances while insisting on visiting a waterfall in the Black Forest and one or two picturesque villages. If we were to visit Strasbourg again, we would not hesitate to use this firm. The Tesla is very comfortable for long distance trips!

Christophe was our guide and he was amazing. We had our 9 year old with us and made sure that she was involved with every aspect of the tour, telling her about the history and adding in the scenes from beauty and the beast. This is a private, small family operated company and I highly suggest using them when you’re in this area they make sure to accommodate all of our needs.

Cristopher was an amazing ride, always making us feel comfortable and offering to take pictures. 10/10!!!!. We went to many places including Riquewhier and Colmar.
