Driver stayed far away from us and didn’t advise us that he had arrived We walked over to the van which was far from where people we’re waiting for their ride

There is no long walk anywhere on the cruise ship wharf, except at Auckland Airport arrival. We have not found your details in our system to identify your transfers.
