I booked it online and with specific pick up and drop off instructions. The provider messaged me through the app which I didn't see and they cancelled the transportation. Took a few messages to get the refund from Viator. Told me I was cancelling outside the cancellation period.

My wife and I hired a private shuttle from Liberia Airport to our Tamarindo hotel and return. Tamarindo Transfers and tours is a very well run company. All questions I had were promptly answered. Their employee named Steph was very helpful and accommodating when we requested a last minute change to our ride. Our driver John was friendly and a careful driver.

The driver is on time and kind. The car is comfortable and clean. The ride is a little long and there was a traffic but the driver found a way to avoid the trafic to be at the airport on time.

Driver arrived before time and waited for us. He made sure we were comfortable. He was very patient despite getting stuck at a construction site for 15 plus minutes. We arrived at the airport in good time.

Easy to book, driver was early and friendly and got us to the airport quickly. Only complaint I have is the price listed for the booking was in Mexican Pesos but the service was Costa Rica and I was paying with an American credit card so trying to figure out how much the service would actually cost was very confusing.

Driver was supper nice. Van was clean. Driving was wonderful. Spoke good English. Kept us up to date on our arrival time.

Our driver was easy to find. Spoke English and answered all of our questions. Vehicle was clean and comfortable. Driver stopped for us and waited nearly 30 minutes while we loaded up on beer and groceries at an Auto Mercado on the way to Tamarindo.
