Annie was great! Very experienced and knowledgeable. Pace of the day was excellent. Enjoyable walk through the forest. Delicious lunch cooked over a fire beside the lake. After explaining the sauna experience and how it is integral to Finnish culture, we enjoyed sitting in the different saunas and dipping in the lake between. So glad we chose this tour. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed this experience. The guide Mari picked us up and was friendly right from the start, and the half hour drive there was a nice way to begin the day. The forest walk was great too, she showed us lots of mushrooms and berries and explained everything clearly along the way. The barbecue with the group was a nice touch and made it feel relaxed and social. My favourite part was the sauna and lake dip. Going into a public sauna with locals at around 100 degrees, then jumping into a lake at just 13 to 14 degrees, was such a contrast and honestly left me feeling great afterwards. I would recommend it to anyone. Overall, a really good experience.

It was a well organized tour and the guide was exceptional! I told them we have an obsession with mushrooms even though not part of the tour , the guide was very mindful to make our hike more enjoyable and informative when it comes to mushrooms! 🍄

Marie was a fabulous guide. She drove us to the national park safely and back. She took time to explain the different trees and how to identity berries that are safe for eating. We also picked mushrooms. The lunch she cooked for us was delicious. After the hike and lunch, she also took the time to make sure we understood the different saunas at the park and how to make the most of our time. Everything was handled seamlessly for us. It made for a truly relaxing and unique experience.

Jeff and Emma were wonderful tour guides. They were knowledgeable and fun to be with. I liked having a small group , only 7 tourists. Was nice to be out in the national park, tasty campfire lunch and the sauna at the end. Perfect day

Great experience! Was looking for things to do as a solo travel and signed up for this hike and sauna trip. I had so much fun and learned lots about the sauna culture in Finland. Would definitely recommend!

It was my first full day in Finland, traveling alone, and I don't think I could have had a better first day. This tour exceeded all my expectations. It was a nice small group, we were driven to an absolutely stunning place. We dropped off our sauna stuff and hiked in the national park. Mari, our guide was wonderful. She was super knowledgeable and friendly and gave wonderful travel advice. She cooked us a delicious lunch over a campfire and then we hiked back to enjoy the smoke saunas as a group. It wasy first time in a true sauna and Mari was an excellent guide through that experience as well. If you find yourself in Finland, absolutely book a tour, you will be so hapoy you did!

We had an amazing experience in the Sipoonkorpi National Park with guide Mari. From the van ride to the forest, hiking in the park, the delicious campfire lunch, and enjoying the Finnish smoke sauna, Mari was knowledgeable , friendly, fun, and made the experience totally stress-free. This was a highlight of our trip to Finland and I would highly recommend it for anyone looking to get out of the city for some authentic Finnish culture.

Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable, and the combination of an easy going hike, lunch prepared for us in the woods, and Finnish sauna/lake jumping, made for a great day! I highly recommend this experience if you want a taste of the flora of Finland, and an authentic sauna. The hike is fairly flat for most of it, with a few small inclines and some roots and rocks here and there. They accommodated my dietary request for lunch as well.
