Guide did not showed up, operator informed that order from Viator went to spam, they did not noticed. Informed operator, promised refund. We’ll see.

We turned up at the correct time and meeting place, only to find that nobody was there to greet us. We waited a further twenty minutes and gave up. We received no correspondence from the tour operator as to why the tour was cancelled.There could have been a good reason why the tour was cancelled, but the tour company decided not to share that with me

Rocio led on a very interesting tour of Marbella centre. She speaks good clear English. The old town is pretty & rich in history.

We were fortunate to book a small group tour where the other participants didn't show up, giving us essentially a private tour with Sonia. She was fantastic—full of information, history, and engaging anecdotes. Her sense of humor kept us thoroughly entertained throughout the tour. However, our only issue stemmed from the tour company's organization. The communication regarding our arrival time was inconsistent: we received an email instructing us to arrive 20 minutes early, a WhatsApp message instructing 15 minutes early, and our tickets indicating 10 minutes early. Uncertain about the correct time, we decided to arrive 20 minutes in advance. Unfortunately, this led to an awkward situation where we arrived on time, but Sonia, our guide, was only told to arrive at the scheduled tour time. Compounding the confusion, we had to wait nearly 15 minutes for the no-show participants. Consequently, we waited a total of 35 minutes, our tour started 15 minutes late, and we felt rushed toward the end to finish on time. This lack of coordination from the tour planners felt disorganized and left us with the impression that the company's operational procedures could be improved. When they advise arriving 20 minutes early, we naturally expected someone to be there to greet us, as has been our experience with other tours. The tour itself was wonderful, the getting there was a bit rough.

Rocio was fabulous and very knowledgeable. Enjoyed the lovely walks thru town and trying churias. Even got to go into the church...wow

Our tour leader was very informative and engaging. After one and half hour we were surprised that the tour is over. This was just because of our tour leader's enthusiasm.

We had a very nice tour of the center of Marbella together with Rocío. It is worth it if you want to get a quick and nice overview. Rocío is highly recommended. The tour was conducted in English.

The Rocio guide led us on a delicious and quick walk through the main points of Marbella.

We booked this tour with our 3 teenage sons to have an overview of Marbella’s history, without a big time commitment. Rocio was a great guide and gave us a good understanding of the origins, architecture and Culture of Marbella. Our sons also enjoyed it!
