Terrible experience. The service provider did not confirm anything with us, did not perform the service that was already paid for, and when we contacted them, they indicated that we should cancel through the VIATOR app because they would have a problem with the money between both companies. The dollars have not yet been refunded. We have to wait at least 72 hours for a response from the provider and then the response time from Viator depending on the case, if the provider does not respond.
They stood us up, it just was impossible to contact them. Viator helped me to get my refund back, thanks
It was great, though a bit confusing since ot was in english and spanish, and the spanish part was more portuguese than spanish. Also, since it was during the weekend, all the places were really crowded.
