I found booking with CanaDian Transfers extremely easy online from the U.K. A week before our trip out to Mexico, our hotel changed. I relayed this immediately to CanaDain Transfers, I was told this was no problem and that because the Hotel was closer to the airport I would be refunded part of the payment I had made. This was done within an hour! My daughter and I were met at the airport as soon as we came out with a signboard with my name. I went to tell the TUI rep we would not need their shuttle bus. We were escorted to a stunning large 4x4 vehicle, our luggage was taken care of and we sat in a cool A/C environment with cool leather seats....Luxury is what's advertised and you certainly get it! Our driver was very friendly and informative, he made us feel so comfortable. He double-checked our timings for the return journey, then surprised us with a bottle of bubbly on ice! We were made to feel very special. All the way to the Hotel he was chatty and so friendly. Took out our luggage and told us if we had any changes to our plans just to contact them any time and it could be arranged. Our return journey was just as smooth in reverse. Perfect timing and another extremely friendly driver, who loaded and unloaded our suitcases, thanked us for using CanaDian Transfers. I can highly recommend this service. I have used many private transfers all over the World, booking with CanaDian Transfers has been one of the easiest transactions and one of the best for value and great reliable experiences. This was the easiest part of our trip. The communication from CanaDian transfers was phenomenal. Half of our group was stuck and didn't make their connecting flights to Cancun (airport travel these days) and they were so accommodating and scheduled another car for them arriving in Cancun late. They provided detailed instructions how to meet them, and provided signage for comfort/safety. Our driver was professional/ nice and also helped us pop some champagne! Would HIGHLY recommend this company! Car was clean, new, well air conditioned and comfortable.

This is by far the best way to get from the airport and back - great service, extra clean vehicles and cost is very reasonable. No stopping and picking up extra passengers. Our vehicle was brand new and did not have a smoke smell! I have used them multiple times without any issues and will use them again! This is the second time we have booked with this company and the service is amazing. Always on time and the communication is great. Shout out to Julio for being our driver to and from Moon Palace The Grand Cancun this trip. I would highly recommend this company.

I hate to give this review as 70% of the experience was great but 30% was a glaring issue for us. Bear in mind, we have a 1 year old travelling with us. Our travel occurred in the last week of November I'll start with the positives. The booking process was smooth and they verified our pickup arrangement via phone call the night before our flight which was great. At the airport, we were able to find out friendly driver, who took us to our car. The car was supposed to come with champagne and beer but it only had beer(which was not a big deal) and our driver made sure we were happily served. When we got to the resort, we thanked our driver and then my wife realized that the baby seat was not attached to the seat at all. But we just shrugged it off. Another positive is that they were very accessible through WhatsApp and made it a point to keep in touch Here comes the negative. A few days before the end of our vacation, I reach out Canadian Transfers to confirm our ride back and was told that I only purchase a 1 way ride. That was MY mistake so I told them to go ahead and charge me for the ride back to the airport and they happily obliged and confirmed everything. I stressed the point that I will need a baby seat for this ride. The night before, I messaged them on WhatsApp to again, confirm that the baby seat will definitely be on ride and this was confirmed. On the day of, the driver arrived on time and was nice and courteous. But to my shock, when we loaded into our seats, we couldnt find a baby seat. I asked the driver and he seemed very confused. He didn't know much english but what was definite is that there was no baby seat anywhere in the car. We were in a bit of a bind because we didn't have time to wait for the company to send another car, we would risk missing our flight due to the craziness at the airports. So we had no choice but to have my wife hold him during the trip. She is beyond furious because this is not safe at but it was a calculated risk. This type of thing would be expected on a shuttle bus or something but not on a car service you're paying extra for, right? Clearly there was a communication breakdown somewhere. Its a shame because otherwise, its a great service. Maybe not recommended for families with small kids?

Always on time. Always professional. Always kind. Don't hesitate to use them for an airport transfer or an excursion. We used them for a round trip airport transfer to Cancun and an excursion from Cancun to Xel-Ha. Canadian Transfer is the best!
