Our guide, Tanju H. Abo, was wonderful. His knowledge of Turkish history is very deep. He is personable and very fluent in English. It was clear that he wants visitors to appreciate the history of Hagia Sophia and it architecture. We cannot say enough about what a terrific guide he is.
Tanju is an amazing guide !!!! He made my first time in Istanbul so special!!!! He is the best!!!!!!

Hands down the best tour / guide ever! Tanju took us all over Istanbul for a day (our first time visiting). He is incredibly knowledgeable about the history of the city and we learned so much. We spent out first day in Istanbul with Tanju which was a great intro to the culture, the food and the sites. He even gave us ideas for several day trips we could take while in town. We took him up on almost all of his recommendations and were never disappointed. I can not recommend the tour and Tanju more!
