Never showed up
They never contacted us never sent us a text message never sent us an email saying that they weren't coming we walked all the way across town found the spot we were supposed to stay at another driver was there to drive someone else he told us hours was canceled.
事業者からの返答
Dear Chris,
First of all, as we told you over the phone, we are very sorry to have had to cancel the tour, but on certain occasions the vehicles break down and we are forced to cancel.
When this happens, we always refund our clients the full amount of the tour, and we issue them a gift card so they can do the tour whenever they want completely free in any of the cities where we work.
We understand that you are disappointed, but as a company we always put ourselves in the shoes of our customers, and we try to make up for our mistakes.
Anyway thank you very much.
Regards,

Tuk tuk tour
This was a great way to see much of the city in a short time. The tour took us to places we would never have visited on our own. We had many stops with great views for pictures. Tour guide was very cheerful and very knowledgeable about popular landmarks.

Don't believe everything that you read about tours.
We booked this tour with the description stating that we would have tickets to go into the Sagrada Familia. The tickets were not proved AND we stopped for only 30 seconds to point our camera and drove away. We could have booked another tour. Bad promotional description. We just drove around for four hours. Our driver was excellent, professional and courteous. This was not his fault. We have taken many tours with Viator in other cities. The price was not equal to the tour value.
事業者からの返答
Dear customer,
We do not offer tours of the Sagrada Familia, nor do we sell tickets for entry. EcoTukTuk only provides tuk-tuk tours. We believe your review is unfair, as we have never offered a tuk-tuk tour combined with any other experience.
We appreciate your comments and hope to offer a more satisfying experience in the future.
Regards.

Best Tuk Tuk Tour we've ever done.
Dianna, our Tour guide was amazing. Her knowledge and driving skills were excellent. The biggest asset is that the tour begins at the place you can park. You don't have to search for parking. It does cost to park but it is worth it.

Not a good experience
We did the Eco Tour in Madrid and Sevilla and it was great but Barcelona was the worst. Cold reception. The itinerary doesn't meet our expectations. Our guide didn’t seem very well-informed. For the price, it was not worth it.

We have no record of any reservation under your name with Eco Tuk Tuk. Please contact us at hello@ecotuktuk.com to check that your review was not a mistake or confusion with some other company.

Awesome tour
This was one of the best tours I've done with Viator. Roger kept the whole tour interesting and was got a great overview of the entire city. He definitely knew exactly where to take us for great views and pictures. It was much better than a hop on and off tour. I highly recommend this tour! Try to do it the first day or so while in the city. Because it was Thursday, we asked for a good place (not a tourist trap) to have authentic paella. He suggested a restaurant and several markets to check out. The restaurant we went to had the best seafood paella I've ever eaten. Every thing we ate was delicious. We felt safe in the tuk tuk. We went to the top of a mountain to take pictures of the city. It was spectacular.

To do
Experience at the top, we had 15 minutes at Parc Montjuic to take pictures. Our driver was very nice. That's it!
