Dear Kathleen, Thank you so much for your exceptional and heartfelt review. We are truly delighted to know that your Porto City Private Highlights Tour became one of the most memorable moments of your entire trip. João was deeply touched by your words — they perfectly reflect the dedication, care and genuine passion he brings to every guest he welcomes. From his punctual arrival and spotless, modern Mercedes, to navigating Porto’s steep hills and narrow streets with calm precision, João takes great pride in making each experience effortless and comfortable. Your recognition of his thoughtfulness — especially in accommodating an injured member of your group and ensuring every stop was accessible — means a great deal to him and to all of us. The extra detour to help your husband find the watch store is exactly the kind of personal touch João loves to offer. And knowing that the day felt less like a guided tour and more like exploring Porto with a local friend — filled with laughter, witty Portuguese banter and genuine connection — is the highest compliment he could receive. We are thrilled that your sightseeing felt stress‑free, meaningful and unforgettable. Thank you for your enthusiastic recommendation and for your warm muito obrigado to João. Warm regards, Meridian4People Team
