Leo was our driver, he was loads of fun and made the experience extra special. We chose our own music Andy partied hard for an hour whilst enjoying the sites.

We booked a tour with 8 friends. Leo didn’t show up and ignored all of our calls. We didn’t get our money back our had the chance to reschedule the booking.

Beer Bike Berlin - The provider didn’t show up for the booking or communicate that they wouldn’t be coming. They didn’t answer calls and the Viator call centre people didn’t know what was going on. Still waiting for my refund 3 days later.

I understand that this was a disappointing experience, and I am truly sorry for the inconvenience this caused. Unfortunately, I was unavailable due to illness from August until October 15th and did not have access to my computer during that time. For security reasons, only I can access my computer, as all passwords are known exclusively to me, and I am the only one who can operate the system. This is why I was unable to respond to your request. Please note that according to our policy with Viator, if I am unable to respond within three days, the payment is automatically refunded. This was one of the best experiences ever! Leo was really friendly with a fab sense of humour. The looks we got from other people was brilliant on the party bike! It was a brilliant way to see the city. The only surprise we had was that we actually had to padal as there was no hidden motor…ha ha ha!! Would recommend as it was brilliant.
