Overall, my experience with Viator from the airport pick up & hotel after a long flight was smooth & stress free. I’m grateful how courteous & helpful the driver (Ken) was, and how he helped us with our luggages.i wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.
Easy to find the driver and the vehicle was very comfortable to take us to our hotel. Good to have our own driver to help with luggage.
The driver was not there to pick us up. When we called, a driver was quickly organised to collect us in 20 minutes. The driver informed us their system didn’t have our booking.
The transfer and pick up was delivered successfully
Very good service. We travelled with 4 large suitcases plus cary ons. Better option to to book this for a comfortable ride from the Hong Kong airport to the hotel than a taxi and trying to find ground transportation.
Clean car and easy to find the drive because he had sign. We did not speak at all but is was not needed. Great service
It was perfect. Clear directions, nice driver, clean, comfortable car. Always satisfied with viator.
We had to wait an hour before our driver showed up. It appears that the agency forgot to assign a driver for our arrival. When we contacted the agency, they said a driver is on the way. When the driver finally got there, he indicated that he was not assigned to our arrival until after we contacted the agency. However, the driver was very helpful and provided a pleasant experience once he arrived.
Kenneth greeted us after we received our baggage. He was very helpful! It was a relief to have him meet us there.
Driver let us know he was waiting and sent a picture of where he was. He was very polite and helpful. Good driver.
Good experience.only frustration was that we were instructed to meet driver in reception A but the driver was in B. We needed help to find him.
Hi Richard_L Thank you for your response. Yes the way Hong Kong International Airport’s design at the arrival hall can be confusing. Our drivers are instructed to wait at arrival hall “A” as it is a closer walk to the vehicle. However the trouble is that sometime when the waiting gets longer our driver may worry that our guests would walk to arrivals hall “B” instead, not knowing they were supposed to be at “A” side. Due to the airport directs flight passengers to which exit (A or B) according to their baggage claim belt. So these are extra measures that we care about our pick ups and our extra efforts in ensuring a smooth pick up on top of this complex nature at the arrival hall. We apologise if this caused your worry as we are much more worried on our side. Thanks again for the review
