The driver picked us up on time and loaded our luggage into the vehicle. The vehicle was very nice and very clean.

We were early and waited but No car. We waited and then called and no one answered. Hoping to get a refund.
I left message for Tony regarding confirmation of pick up time and location but he did not return my message. So on picking up date I call him and said he is waiting for me. He was nice .

Elvis communicated with me days in advance our picking us up. from our cruise to take us to the airport He confirmed the terminal; he arrived early; he came into the terminal to retrieve us; he was easy to find; and he loaded us into the vehicle without difficulty. The van was very comfortable-luxurious even. Elvis's English was good. He gave us interesting information about Hong Kong during the drive. Finally, he deposited us at the airport one half hour after picking us up. The whole process was great!
