リャノス・デ・コルテスの滝 一日の始まりは、バガスのリャノス・デ・コルテスの滝へ。滝でのんびりと泳いだり、動植物を散策したり。 リオセレステ滝ハイキング-テノリオ火山国立公園 入口に着くと、園内を2時間の適度な難易度のハイキングに出かけます。 熱帯雨林を通り抜け、セレステ川沿いを歩きます。自然の中でも最も興味深い現象の1つを観察することができます。 オーガニックファーム-ナマケモノとカエルのサンクチュアリ 昼食後、田舎のオーガニック農園を見学！ 熱帯の植物、花、鳥、ナマケモノ、カエル、ヘビ、昆虫、農場に生息する多くの動物など、自然の驚異を展示し、刺激的で教育的な散歩にご案内します。

Exorbitant price $398 to see 2 sloths, 1 toucan, and a frog without having the time to observe them. On the other hand, more than an hour for their explanations about coffee and cocoa with a certain amount of pressure for us to buy. I won't even mention the visit to their national park, a forced march to see a waterfall where access is impossible, too many people, and we didn't see any animals; the guide was in too much of a hurry to get back. Don't believe the postcard image they try to make you believe; it's really fake. Personally, I will never come back here!!!

We would like to clarify that wildlife sightings are naturally unpredictable, and the number or type of animals seen cannot be guaranteed or controlled by us or our guides. Our guides always do their best to help guests spot wildlife while respecting the animals and their natural environment. Regarding Rio Celeste, it is one of the most visited national parks in Costa Rica because of its exceptional natural beauty. As a result, on some days it can be considerably more crowded than usual. Unfortunately, the number of visitors is beyond our control, but our guides do their best to manage the timing and give everyone the opportunity to enjoy the waterfall. The tour also follows a set itinerary and schedule so that all included activities can be completed; the pace is therefore based on the established times rather than rushing guests unnecessarily. That said, we would like to investigate your experience further and see how we can assist. Please share your booking reference and tour date with us so we can review the details. Dafne is an amazing guide, extremely knowledgeable and such a great personality! Alex at the sloth sanctuary was a delight. Everyone involved in the tour was friendly, helpful and enthusiastic, which made our day SO PERFECT! We got to see toucans, Rufus mot mots, eyelash pit vipers, woodpeckers, two- and three-toes sloths, countless butterflies and even a couple of curious ponies.
Great tour! Our guide and driver were funny and informative; it was like driving with friends. Everything was handled well from start to finish. The booking, the travel, the provided lunch, and most importantly the sights were all wonderful. Great communication, professional service.
Beautiful day at Llanos de Cortes. We swam in the natural pool surrounding the waterfall. Pleasant temperature. Worth a quick swim and some great photos. Saw Howler monkeys in the trees above. Next we went to the Sloth natural reserve. Saw 3-4 sloths but were treated by one climbing down from his tree to take care of his weekly bathroom run. Also saw lots of other wildlife here. The lunch was amazing with lots of native Costa Rican foods. Toucans played in the trees right by our dining area. Finally we made it to Rio Celeste only in time for it to pour. We did successfully make it to the falls but the water lost its blue color due to all the silt from the rain. The falls did have an impressive amount of water pouring down. As the rain finished up, we headed back down and all the wildlife emerged- a family of Coati, a Capuchin monkey, a Motmot, an anole, walking sticks, etc. We all very much enjoyed the day.

10/10! Carlos and Alfredo were awesome from the beginning. Picked us up at our front door made it super easy. Alfredo was a great driver and got us everywhere safe and sound. He was very knowledgeable on where wildlife was in certain areas of the country. Carlos was the absolute best. He was personable, smart, kind and a great guide to be around. He submersed us into the Costa Rican culture! If you are looking for the perfect guide, Carlos is your guy! Highly recommend to do with your family if you are looking for a fun and also adventurous and high paced excursion! Blue Zone Tours, Carlos and Alfredo are the best!!

The tour was great, we saw so many sloth, hikes were moderate, communication was excellent we knew what to expect at every stop. Rudy gave us a wonderful history lesson in the van. Very comfortable ride to each stop.

This was a 5/5 experience! We were picked up and dropped off right at our hotel. Kevin, our guide, was kind, courteous, and very knowledgeable. The first waterfall and swimming experience was both beautiful and refreshing. At the eco park we saw 4 sloths, a viper snack, poison dart frog and more! Lunch was appetizing and filling at the top of the cloud forest. And the Rio Celeste falls were stunning. Natures way will tell you everything to pack so keep an eye out for those emails. The weather is unpredictable in the mountains. Prepare for a long drive home. I had a movie downloaded on my phone.

Sloth sanctuary was amazing! The sanctuary tour guide here was amazing finding all the different animals. This was a highlight of the tour. Rainforest hike was great. Prepare to be wet! The water wasn’t blue thought it was more dirty light green. We were unable to go to the Llanos de Cortes Waterfall due to roadwork. This was super disappointing because a reason we booked this tour was because we wanted to swim in a waterfall. Instead ofthe waterfall, they did a coffee and chocolate tour. This ended up being great but still would have rather did the waterfall. The one not so great thing about this tour was our guide he was not very communicative, enthusiastic or energetic. On the way to our first destination, he was sleeping in the front seat. I thought this was odd because any other tour that I’ve been on a tour guide is talking giving us information what we’re passing but instead he was sleeping or just not communicating. There were times that our group didn’t even know what we were doing next because he just didn’t really communicate well with what activity was coming next how long it would take to get there anything like that. Lunch was delicious.

This was such a fun and memorable experience. Booked last minute and it was amazing and highlight of my trip. Although one waterfall was canceled it was replaced with a coffee and chocolate making experience and it was still by far the best experience overall. Daphne and Miguel were great tour guides and took good care of us. So glad I found this excursion it is truly worth it!
