We booked a 4 hour private boat tour for 400 Euros. The booking process was good and all seemed fine at first. However, after our initial swim at 'Blue Lagoon' we were then dropped on an island for 2 hours where there was very little to do. We booked 4 hours because we wanted 4 hours on a boat; visiting bays, swimming, relaxing on the boat itself. If we wanted to be stuck on land for 2 hours then we'd have stayed at our pool. The 2 hours dragged and we just had to shelter from the sun. It appeared to me as though the boat allocated for us was actually then doing other trips or customers while we were ashore. In total, we probably had the boat for around 2 hours having paid for 4. We really enjoyed our time actually on the boat but I'd say the trip was a total rip-off. In the interests of being fair, our skipper was excellent.

We would like to clarify that the boat and skipper were exclusively at your disposal for the entire duration of the tour. The boat was not used for any other trips or guests while you were on the island. We would also like to point out that the itinerary is not strictly predefined but is tailored to guests' preferences in consultation with the skipper. Zlarin was suggested as one of the possible stops because of its Coral Museum and other attractions the island offers. Had you expressed a preference for spending more time on the boat, visiting additional bays, or making extra swimming stops, the skipper would have been happy to adjust the itinerary accordingly. For this reason, we were surprised by your review, especially since you did not express any dissatisfaction during the tour and, upon your return, told us that you had a wonderful time and that you would happily do the trip again. We are sorry that the overall experience did not fully meet your expectations. We will certainly take your comments into consideration to ensure that future guests are even better informed about the flexibility and customization options available during our tours.
