Very good service, thanks for everything

Even though they say you cannot bring stuff into the club, you can! You go by bus to the beach, and definitely you can bring things rather than paying over priced drinks and snacks. Lunch was delicious, staff is attentive, too bad they let in sellers from outside that don't take "no" for an answer.

We took the excursion to Barú Island, around the Playa Tranquila area, and we loved it 🏝️🦝 Special mention to Jair, who was a 10/10 guide!! Super attentive and approachable 👏🏻

The experience was very good but they should include several services in the cost, such as being able to shower; it said that reclining chairs were included but it does not correspond to what they actually offered us, and the drink should be included with lunch. A point in favor is that the guide took care to give clear information and warn us so as not to fall for scams, which shows his transparency and honesty. They also clarified from the beginning about the insurance payment for the park. We were very happy.

Everything was very well organized and the service from Maria and Aisa, the booking advisors, was excellent. Very kind and attentive, I recommend it 100%

Have a nice day trip., military museum was free and definitely worth it , nice streets to get lost in with nice surprising places . The shopping street was also a success with the girls.

It was a good experience, they are very punctual and do their jobs very well; the guides Aisa and María are very attentive. The prices are reasonable and they offer excellent services.

The tour was super nice, everyone was very kind, the guide (Jeilynn) was very lovely, friendly, and attentive; upon arriving at the beach club, the facilities were super nice, the club staff were very attentive and focused on service; the beach was divine; the guides were super kind, attentive, respectful, and fun; the food was very delicious. In conclusion, everything was perfect, the only downside I would mention is the bus we were transported in (very small, and for tall people like us, we were uncomfortable due to the seats and the air conditioning in the bus seemed to be broken) but aside from that, everything else was perfect. Thank you very much for your attention, I will recommend the agency to my acquaintances and when I return, I will take the tours with you. (My advisors were Maria and Aisa)
