Absolutely pleasant experience from moment we booked. We were able to pick our specific time and with the help of the photographer the best location for the photos. Kristen was so helpful in ensuring everything went right and delivering the photos and the photographer, Chantal, was a pleasure to work with. Wonderful experience, definitely recommend!
Booked this experience to photograph my Engagement in Paros. Photographer was great, however agency is very difficult to work with. Paid over $400 for an hour photoshoot and they still want to nickel and dime in order for me to see all the photos that were taken. Only have received less than 30% of the photos taken unless I pay an additional fee.
You were very happy with the photographer, the photos, our service, and the overall experience, right up until we explained that an additional paid service would, in fact, need to be paid for. It is unfortunate that not receiving an extra service for free changed an otherwise great engagement experience into a negative review. We’re nevertheless delighted you enjoyed the actual service you booked and wish you both a wonderful wedding. (You purchased 45 professionally edited photos and received 52. RAW files were never included in your booking as they do not represent the final product you booked, as your purchase also includes selection and curation of the best images and most importantly requires additional work, storage, upload time, preparation, and delivery.)
Chantal and her wonderful assistant (husband) were the absolute best. Probably the most positive, comfortable, and enjoyable photoshoot I’ve experienced. I wouldn’t change a thing! 10/10 recommend.
Photographer was very nice, and open to where we wanted to take our photos. She even showed us the pictures as we were taking them. Awesome, and unforgettable experience

We had a wonderful morning taking photos throughout the town of Paros. Chantel was so fun to do photos with and found a ton of amazing backgrounds for our family. She also was able to get everyone to relax as our family was bickering right before the photo session (of course). Thank you so much! We are so excited to see the final products.
