My session was canceled by the photographer and then confirmed by Viator. It was a hassle getting in touch with someone after already being charged and given the run around with being refunded. I’m still waiting for my refund.
Dear Zerriya, after reviewing your statement with Viator we can confirm they are ALL FALSE. The process of cancellation has an automatic refund action which was processed at the same date and time of the cancellation and later Viator has confirmed they also processed your refund: "Fri May 02 2025 16:07:56 GMT-0400 (Eastern Daylight Time)" 2 days after your review on our profile. ADDITIONALY We have also confirmed there was never an attempt to rebook or reconfirm your booking on Victor's side. "There is also no confirmation email sent after the cancellation date on Wed Apr 30 2025 17:18:57 GMT-0400 (Eastern Daylight Time)."
