It was the best tour of IGUAZU Falls, we flew over the falls, hiked and took a boat ride. We all came out soaking wet, it was so worth it. The guide is incredible, he led us on all the tour, explaining and guiding us. Everything was perfect

I went to foz and closed 3 days with Loumar the guides Luciana and Leandro are great very helpful now if you are going to have fun, rest I recommend looking for another company because if you are late in the hotel 8 minutes the driver just miss you bad bad without education poorly prepared the company only aims to sell after it sold you abandoned was so in Paraguay you stay there there there is no area has no way to connect many lost the bus and the guides say that they are older so they know to return and go away bad bad bad bad bad

Eles realmente são profissionais que fazem de tudo pra tornar o passeio mais leve e informativo. Sobre os horários: a gente entende que férias são pra relaxar, mas como operamos com grupos e roteiros que envolvem diversas atrações e fronteiras, os horários precisam ser cumpridos com muita rigidez pra não prejudicar os demais viajantes. Isso, claro, nunca justifica falta de educação ou mau atendimento. Se houve postura grosseira por parte de algum motorista, já vamos levar isso internamente pra reforçar os treinamentos. Nosso padrão de atendimento precisa ser o mesmo do começo ao fim da viagem. Quanto ao Paraguai: sabemos que o sinal por lá é ruim e entendemos o estresse que isso pode causar. Já estamos revendo a orientação aos passageiros pra ninguém se sentir perdido caso aconteça algum imprevisto. Mais uma vez, obrigado por dividir sua opinião. Esperamos ter a chance de te surpreender positivamente numa próxima visita.
