Epic adventure to Everest Basecamp! From the 12hr bumpy jeep ride to Surke, the beautiful clear view of Mt. Everest, hiking down from Gorakshep in a snow storm, to the spectacular helicopter ride back to Kathmandu, we had a really unforgettable experience! A special thank you to our guide Amber and porter Kumar who really looked after us on the trek, ensuring that we got to the Basecamp and back safely. We had some customisation that we wanted to implement for our trek and Green Valley were always quick to respond and happy to accommodate our needs. Would happily book another trek with them and would highly recommend them to anyone else!

This was honestly the best trip given the terrible weather situation we encountered... our guides were clear and knowledgeable.. aslo extremely well connected with people across the mountain.. our Guide (Tika) had friends further up the route giving us live weather updates plus route conditions. Plus the local office having best connections to airport flights... This company had 0 hidden fees 0 surprises, complete peace of mind the entire trip!

I booked through Raj and he was excellent, helping me choose dates flexibly and making changes easy. At the airport, I was greeted right away and taken to the hotel smoothly. After two nights in Kathmandu, the flight to Lukla was seamless. There, I met Bhishan (guide) and Bishal (porter) who gave me a clear briefing and answered all my questions. During the trek, they were both professional and friendly, making sure lodging and meals were taken care of exactly as I wanted. They always had my best interests in mind while trekking and dealing with any changes. When weather forced schedule changes, they adjusted seamlessly. When I needed to adjust flights, they responded fast and got things sorted. They also shared knowledge about the region's mountains and local culture, which made the experience feel more connected, not just trekking; I feel as though I've made lifelong friends. On return to Kathmandu, I was met at the airport and taken to the hotel without any issues, and my checkout and airport transfer were smooth. I highly recommend them and plan to use them again.

I had a great experience doing Everest base camp hiking with Green Valley Nepal Trek. Since the first pick up at the airport, staying at Kathmandu hotel and finally going to Lukla to start the hiking. I booked the hike in early September understanding that it's towards the end of the monsoon season. My first flight to Lukla got cancelled because of the weather but Raj was very quick to organise another flight the day after to Lukla. After that, the hike to EBC was great because the weather was good except for some clouds blocking some of the views. We managed to go to EBC with no issue at all. We got some snow the day after when we hiked to Kala Patthar but still it didn't stop us to get to almost the top. On the way down to Lukla the weather was getting worse and we had to stay an extra two nights at Lukla before we managed to return to Kathmandu by helicopter from Surkey. The guide during the hike, Dilip, has been a life saver for us through out the hike. He showed us a lot of things and were very helpful and attentive to our needs. During the times we were stuck at Lukla, he took us to dine and drink Tongba at his family place. You should ask for Dilip if possible if you plan to use Green Valley Nepal Trek. He's a bloody legend. Min, the porter was also very nice. We tried to make sure that we can catch up with him and rest at the same time. This whole trip was an experience of a lifetime. Our trip to Nepal with Green Valley Nepal Treks was truly the experience of a lifetime. From beginning to end, everything was easy, organized, and handled with complete professionalism. Our trek team was led by Gopal who is an incredible guide, along with Dhan, our Porter. Gopal’s experience, knowledge, and strong relationships throughout the region were evident everywhere we went. He seemed to know everyone! Even in moments when there was perceived danger or uncertainty, Gopal was immediately aware, attentive, and in control. We always felt completely safe and knew we were in excellent hands. Most importantly Gopal & Raj were resourceful and creative in making sure we got safely off the mountain and back onto our next journey. Green Valley arranged the best accommodations available throughout our trip. We were continually impressed by the comfort, hospitality, and level of service we received, even in some of the most remote locations. Beyond their professionalism, Raj, Gopal, and Dhan are simply wonderful people. They were kind, personable, fun to be around, and genuinely invested in making our experience special. We truly enjoyed their company and felt that we were traveling with friends. We learned so much, saw so much, and experienced Nepal in a way we never could have on our own. Every detail was thoughtfully handled, allowing us to be fully present and enjoy the journey. I cannot recommend Green Valley Nepal Treks, Raj, Gopal, and Dhan highly enough. The experience I had with Green valley was amazing! First of all everything is taking care off when you book with them! From the airport pickup, the hotel reservation or the flight to lukla, everything is done with professionalism and rapidity! They adapt to any kind of situation and they do everything to make the trip feel safe and easy! The company offer super good price compare to the others and the quality of their service are excellent ! The guide that was with us ( Bishwa Rai) was completely amazing! He adapted the track to our rhythm and was extremely professional, friendly and careful with us! The experience was completely amazing. I will 100% book more trek with them and I already plan to come back to Nepal and do business with them From Canada, Quebec, I would recommend green valley to absolutely everyone who want to discover Nepal!

We had an incredible experience! I heard of this group from a friend who raved about her trek and we’re so glad to have booked with them. They were very professional, responded so quickly to messages whenever we had questions, very well organized (seamless airport pick up, hotel bookings provided etc), all for one of the best prices we found! Our trek itself was extraordinary - we were so lucky to go before high season so we had just the two of us plus us amazing guide Bishwa! He was very experienced, passionate about trekking, and knowledgeable about all things mountain (including taking great care of us and making sure we adjusted to the altitude) Cannot recommend them enough, we are already telling all our friends and family about them!

We just finished our 10-day Everest Base Camp trek with helicopter return, and it was amazing. I highly recommend booking with Green Valley Treks. From the first day on the trail our guide Bishwa went above and beyond in every sense. His recommendations throughout the trek were spot-on, whether it was what to order off the menu or when to push and when to rest. Beyond logistics, Bishwa brought a depth of knowledge and warmth that made the entire journey richer. He clearly loves what he does, and that enthusiasm is contagious.
