Thank you for using our service. As you said, it is a very convenient transport service if you have a lot of luggage. In Hokkaido, trains sometimes stop running, so it is also very convenient to use it early in the morning.
Excellent service all around! Drivers were prompt, courteous, and helpful, as was the reservation staff in accommodating our family staying at multiple area hotels. We did have an issue with part of our group having a delayed flight, and the driver was unable to wait for them due to rides booked later in the day. But they waited as long as possible. Still, I would've preferred that the driver didn't have a future ride to commit to because I'm not sure how we would've been able to get picked up had our entire party's flight been delayed. But I understand the difficult circumstance of having to plan around 2 separate groups with different flights, for which they were as accommodating as possible. And their great service throughout the process helped make up for that.
