Queremos aclarar que, debido a que la reserva fue realizada a través de Tripadvisor, el proceso de reembolso es gestionado directamente por la plataforma. Una vez solicitada la devolución, el tiempo habitual para que el reembolso se vea reflejado es de 5 a 7 días hábiles, aunque este plazo puede variar dependiendo también de la entidad bancaria o del método de pago utilizado. De todas maneras, según la información disponible para nosotros, el reembolso correspondiente a su reserva ya ha sido tramitado. Le recomendamos revisar directamente con Tripadvisor el estado de la devolución y, si lo considera necesario, también con su entidad bancaria para verificar el tiempo de procesamiento.
