Cool in the morning so may take a light wind breaker with you. May also pack some snacks or a picnic because there is so many areas to sit and enjoy and take in the natural beauty. I would recommend at least half a day if not a complete day to visit. Also the open air museum trails end but worth traveling further down until you reach the nature reserve at the southern part of the island. I went super early and after 11am grab a ticket to the open air museum so your experience intensifies with people dressed and knowledgeable of the times and origins of each building. There was about 6-7 I went to with characters in but I missed a few. Great for all ages, bathrooms available and kiosks as well but they open later around 11am also. I believe a cafe can be found at the entrance. All my worldly travels, this is my number one spot.
Thank you for sharing such fantastic tips about the morning weather, picnic spots, and timing the open-air museum perfectly. We hope to welcome you back for another full day of exploring soon! Best regards
