Really really really good service by Ali and the driver. Despite our flight delayed, Ali waited and made sure to pick us up and send to the hotel safely. Car was big and clean. Good music played too.

We didn't get what we asked for and paid for.
They weren't waiting when we came out with a sign with our name on it, even though we were a little late because of bagged delivery.
I wrote and informed them. When we came out, they asked us to wait 15 minutes. Others got picked up by drivers standing with a sign; ours didn't, and we had to wait while many asked if we wanted a taxi. It was not okay.
We had ordered and paid extra for a minivan, but they only had a sedan that we couldn't sit normally in. We paid extra for that, but when I mentioned this, he tried to sell us other services and would give us a discount. Does that sound like a scam? It does to us.
The driver also started spitting out of the window.

I’m really sorry to hear about this. This is absolutely not the experience we wanted you to have, and I completely understand why you are upset.
The driver should have been waiting for you with a sign, and the vehicle should have been the minivan you booked and paid extra for. You should not have had to wait outside or deal with someone trying to sell you additional services.
Regarding the driver spitting out of the window, that is also completely unacceptable and not the standard we expect from our drivers.
Please accept my sincere apologies. I’m going to look into exactly what happened with the driver and the transfer company. I also want to make sure we find a fair solution for the extra amount you paid for the minivan.

Especially for women arriving at night.
We were able to contact them through the WatsApp, take pictures and communicate and find them very easily. When I landed at Tashkent Airport in the dawn, it seemed good to use the pickup service. It was scary... because of the taxi guest behavior. Thank you for the pickup 2 minutes ^^

Smooth transfer from TAS...
Smooth transfer from TAS airport. Friendly and accommodating service, waited extra time as our flight was delayed as well as our baggages . Customer service was very responsive and helped us though the destination

No show- Would not recommend!
When we originally read other reviews, there were only one negative star review about driver not responding/confirming reso and figured it was a one off, decided to give it a chance. However, as our travel day was
2days out, I didn’t hear anything from the provider so I reached out to ask for the driver info and provided our flight info. Even through our flight connection was checking the Viator app, messaged via Whatapp and called numerous times but to no response.
When we checked the reviews again, we saw one within this month that the same thing happened, so we weren’t holding our breath when we didn’t see the person at the airport.
We ended up booking a taxi upon arrival as our flight was super early in the morning (at the taxi counter), they were less expensive than this service and very efficient.
Regardless, I do NOT recommend this provider - Gotouzbekistan.

Since we could not establish contact, it appears that you left the airport before we were able to meet you. We understand how frustrating this situation was, and we regret that we missed each other despite our efforts.

Untrustworthy
I provided flight details when I booked weeks ago. They didn't acknowledge so I contacted Viator last week who also provided our flight details. A few hours before we landed they whatssaped asking for flight details that I provided again. We landed at 11.15 and no sign of anyone with my name. Others yes, not mine. I messaged, no response. I tried calling twice no answer. So we had to get a taxi.
At 12.30 he messaged saying he was at the airport. Too late. Not a trustworthy service.
I even have a video as I walked through to prove nobody was waiting with my name.
