ヴェネツィアのローマ広場からのピックアップで1日をスタートし、ユネスコに登録されたプロセッコの丘陵へ向かいます。道中のアルプスの素晴らしい山麓の景色を眺めながら、 家族経営のワイナリーでオーナーに会い、イタリアを代表するスパークリングワインの秘密を解き明かしましょう。 わずか4名の少人数で、その豊かな歴史と制作過程を知ることができる。 そしてハイライトは、プロセッコの4品種をガイド付きでテイスティングし、地元の肉やチーズと合わせてヴェネト州の本当の味を味わうことです。 ヴェネツィアに戻ったら、リラックスして風光明媚な田園地帯をお楽しみください。

1日の始まりは、ヴェネツィアのローマ広場からのピックアップです。（便宜上、ローマ広場だけでなく、トレヴィーゾ、コネリアーノ、メストレ、ヴェネツィアからもピックアップを手配できます。 予約後にご連絡いただければ、最も便利な集合場所を確認し、スムーズに体験を開始できます)。また、途中で息を呑むようなアルプスの山麓の景色を眺めながら、ユネスコに登録されたプロセッコ丘陵へ向かいます。
1時間あまりで、雄大なアルプスの麓を背景に、素晴らしい景色に浸れます。
プロセッコ地方の中心にある地元のワイナリーに到着すると、オーナーが温かく迎え、イタリアで最も愛されているスパークリングワインの魅惑的な造り方をご案内します。 親密なグループで、その豊かな歴史と昔ながらの伝統について学びましょう。ツアーは6名様までに制限されており、お客様に合わせた体験が保証されます。 4杯のプレミアムプロセッコDOCGに、地元のコールドカットとチーズ（地元農家と小規模生産者のみ ） 、 パン、パンスティックが添えられ、地域の本格的な味が楽しめる。

If you love wine, I'd really recommend this tasting session in the heart of the Prosecco DOCG region. Paulo, our driver was incredibly friendly and welcoming and his knowledge of the local area added so much depth to the day. The winery itself was breathtaking with rolling hills and lush vines. And we got to taste high-quality, artisanal bottles that you simply cannot find in the UK.

What a fabulous tour and a beautiful way to see Italy’s beautiful countryside outside of Venice. Paolo was a fabulous guide and driver and Emmanuel and his lovely wife shared their knowledge of their family vineyard, La Casa Vecchia, with us. The lunch and tastings were superb! Highly recommend. Paolo was the best tour guide with so much information along the way to the winery’s and at the winery’s!! He is such a friendly guy and we felt so at ease with him right away. This tour was truly one of my highlights to my vacation with my daughter and I can’t wait until my husband can go with me to do this again. The scenery was breathtaking. The wine was outstanding.
