Ricardo (Ricky) was amazing!!!! Very entertaining, patient and fun. We enjoyed ourselves immensely and the food and drink were wonderful. We highly recommend this event!!!
Vivian was amazing. Would highly recommend to anyone that has teenage children as she made them feel very special and part of the experience. Vivian answered all of our questions and was extremely patient.

A simply wonderful night! Ricardo was the perfect host and teacher. It was aWonderful great balance of getting to cook ourselves and learn by watching the others. We would definitely recommend!
Learn to cook traditional Spanish meal with a focus on using ingredients & techniques you can use at home. It was a fantastic experience and my favorites were learning how to clean a squid (unexpected), make paella, and flip Spanish Tortillas. Highly recommended!
Ricardo is very welcoming and genuine. He taught our group some good techniques and tips for making 6 Spanish dishes including sober salsa, tapas, tortillas and paella. We had a good time and enjoyed the other 5 people that came from various places. It was good fun and great time spent in Mallorca for a 1/2 day things-to-do.
Maria did a wonderful job teaching us all new techniques to making a great Mallorca meal! We all got to participate in the preparation which was so much fun. Wine and beer included too. Looking forward to making the recipes she shared with us when we get back home!!
Vivian was super knowledgeable in Spanish cooking and such a blast to learn from! She took the initial awkwardness away quickly and by the end, everyone was laughing and talking. The dishes were incredible and easy to bring back home to enjoy. Highly recommend!
Highly recommend this experience. We learned so much about traditional paella making. Guillermo is an absolute pro and a lovely guy. The Masterclass was exceptionally well organised and is a true 'hands on' learning experience . Guillermo is an honest and genuine host. Do this and become a 'Paella Lover' !
