It was a fun escape room, fairly difficult though for just 2 people. Staff were nice and helpful.

We had booked the room Tutankhamun and it was busy, we then did "Winter is coming", it was fun, but there was practically no briefing and also small technical defects. I wouldn't go there again.

Had a lot of fun as a family in the escape room. Every now and then there were a few tips that we also needed. Very nice task. Everyone found something and had an idea what to do next.

The place is easily accessible by S-Bahn or U-Bahn at Neukölln station. The building itself is already mediocre, elevator broken and in the stairwell it smells of urine. Not pretty. Arriving on the ground floor, you can expect the most uncomfortable restaurant I have ever seen at such a location. The staff is friendly and striving, but also required if they have to cash in and look after the games at the same time. Which is quite outrageous that you have to buy a Gamer Card for 5 Euros per person in addition to booking via Tripadvisor! The escape space itself is ok, but some puzzles impossible to solve yourself. If I do something like this again in Berlin, I won't come back here

Really helpful staff and just a great way to start your evening we had so much fun. First time we did thus sort of thing and we weren't disappointed, I'd recommend this experience to all our friends. Little disappointing having to pay for the playing card over and above the booking fee but other than that it's great fun
