No communication in advance of travel and was unable to get in touch with them to confirm any details. They were not there at arrival. Ended up getting a taxi which cost about the same but did not make for a stress free experience as I did not know what options would be when landed.
Our driver welcomed us with a smile and a child seat as requested for our son. He was kind during the journey to our hotel near Etna, he talked to us about the places and with a comfortable guide for our son who suffers a bit from car sickness, everything was comfortable. From the airport to the hotel on time as expected.
