Karthik was tremendously knowledgeable, not only about the city of Aukland, but about the entire country and its history. The van was very comfortable, and Karthik used a head set which allowed us to easily hear him even from the back seat. We covered most of the city and had plenty of opportunity to take photos from stunning viewpoints. The 2nd half of the tour included visits to two wineries and the black beach. The lunch that was provided as part of the tour was amazing! I highly recommend using Experience Kart for one of your New Zealand tours.
