Bilal is a great guide we enjoyed his company and his knowledge of the sites we visited, he is punctual and very kind, great Tour and great Guide

This tour was absolutely perfect for the limited amount of time we had in Abu Dhabi; however, the best part of the tour was our guide, Bilal. Bilal is patient, funny, very knowledgeable and happy to answer questions. His communication in organizing the tour was fantastic. He clearly knew the ins and outs of each location and the staff/attendants and was able to ensure we avoided lines where possible, captured wonderful pictures and were able to see the most sites during our time. We would highly recommend this specific tour and any tour from Bilal.

The Tour was quite Amazing and also the Company of The Driver cum Guide “ Mr. Bilaal Khan” was best.

The driver picked us up at the scheduled hour. He did not speak nor understand English. I had made it clear that we were English speakers and required an English speaking guide. We then drove for about 45 minutes and stopped at a location where we waited for about 45 minutes for an “english” speaking guide to show up. Das is a very pleasant man but we could barely understand him. We went to the Louvre then to an islamic store selling rugs. Another waste of valuable time. Then lunch. We walked around a mall looking for an Italian restaurant-which we requested. Das left us and said he would return in an hour. We had left our credit cards in the car. The restaurant would not take US dollars. We then walked around looking for an exchange office. We made it to the Mosque right before dark. Because of all the wasted time, we never made it to Etihad towers. The day was not planned- we should never had stopped for lunch,we should have gone to a fast food place and moved on. The day was very poorly planned. We had one day to tour Abu Dhabi and it was a disaster. We barely saw anything and hardly understood the commentary. The tour was disorganized and a terrible disappointment. Please consider refunding at least part of this very expensive trip.

We had a wonderful time on this tour. Bilal was a great guide and was very knowledgeable about the history and customs of the area. The transportation was comfortable and Bilal always had water on hand. I would highly recommend both the tour and Bilal as a guide.

This was a magical full day tour from Dubai to Abu Dhabi with our private guide Ganesh. We highly recommend this tour for anyone looking for a full day Abu Dhabi experience. Ganesh is an incredible guide with tons of knowledge and experience. He even brought us to Yaz Marina and helped us on our quest for local dates and spices. I took a private tour so that I could visit the Louvre, Qasr al Watan and the mosque. Bilal, the guide, contacted me the day before to confirm when and where he would pick me up next day, and he was punctual. He was a knowledgeable guide and polite throughout the trip from Dubai to Abu Dhabi and back and gave me the time I needed at each venue. I'd definitely recommend the company and him as all communications were straightforward and queries answered promptly.
