The highlight of this visit was Desert safari for me. All the drivers who drove our family through desert were very professional and gave us the best experience. I would recommend to anyone coming to Dubai, desert safari should be the priority, #1 thing to do.

This was the best time my family had the whole week in Dubai! Vishnu is an amazing tour guide. We loved riding the buggies and loved loved the suv experience in the desert. Highly reccomend this if anyone is looking to book.

Dear Navita Team (especially Rahul & Nishant), I wanted to take a moment to express our sincere gratitude for the incredible tour experience you provided during our recent dessert Safari and Abu Dhabi City Tours. Your passion for your work and dedication to ensuring our group had a memorable time truly made a lasting impression. The price offered was excellent, the service given was bang on and most importantly the drivers (Mr. Ali And Mr. Irfan) were commendable. This trip with our aged parents and infant couldn't have been better.

The trip was organised so well. The drivers who took us to desert safari had reached way before the pickup time and waited patiently even after the actual pickup time since we made it a bit delayed.

Overall, the elements of this tour had a lot of promise. In general, all of the guides were extremely nice and personable, especially my afternoon driver, Usman and his team, as I personally enjoyed the second half of the tour much more. For the first half, it started to feel like we were just being brought to a bunch of places we couldn’t afford, as they tried to sell us things. I am also not sure that we went everywhere listed/or in that order, although I could be mistaken. My biggest concern as someone who is a traveler, and travels solo often is that there was no mention of the amount of movement that would happen, which at times left me feeling confused, concerned, and a little chaotic. For example, to get to the morning tour, I had to get picked up by a taxi, then the taxi took me to the bus, the bus met at a place to get more people. We took our tour, and when it was done, we ended at the mall and took another taxi back to my hotel where I waited two hours for another taxi to pick me up to take me on the dinner and dune bashing. Even then, I was still re-arranged between a lot of groups, and was separated often because I was by myself. If I wasn’t so well-traveled, it definitely would have made me a lot more nervous, as it was pretty chaotic, and I had to make sure to ask and clarify what was happening often. I would also like to add that as travelers, please stay close to your tour guides and people during the dune tours, as there are cars driving the dunes from every angle. It also has the option of getting picked up from the airport on the site, but they won’t keep your luggage, or pick you up from the airport. My pick-up was arranged at the Holiday Inn Express Dubai, which was a bit of a hassle considering I was on a long layover. They did offer to cancel the tour with a refund though, if I didn’t want to choose that option. One more important thing to note is that I didn’t return until about 10 PM, which was later than I expected, so if you are catching flights, just be aware of the time. Overall, the tour had a lot of elements I enjoyed, but there is room for improvement, and I thought it important to know what to truly expect, especially if you are traveling alone.

We had an amazing time with our tour guide, Bilal. He is very informative, we learnt a lot about the history of Dubai. We are definitely coming back!! We also enjoyed the Safari guide

Deset safari was among the best tourist site i had, a must try. The food was good and the driver was always on time to pick us up. Thumbs up
