The requested driver did not show up on the day of our arrival, which was Tuesday, June 23; I requested the service on June 21, for which I paid with a card. I have already requested a refund.
New vehicles and experienced drivers.
Punctuality, excellent treatment. Very good experience, they fulfilled as promised. I recommend it.
We booked this airport pick up provided by Recife Translato and the credit card was charged 2 days prior. However at the airport there was no one to pick us up. The contact numbers did not work, the instant message was not responded, in either English or Portuguese. We wait for hours, looking for a person holding any sigh but nothing. We ended up getting a different transport, paid for it, and left the airport. We felt this was a scam..with no contact, no response. I will never book this type of travel on viator anymore.
I recently used the Recife translate service and had a great experience with them. I did 3 translations with them and they were all great. Drivers always arrived at the scheduled time and without delays. They were always very friendly and quite helpful. With great driving always respecting the speed limit and respecting others. In the last translation I had to remarket the last minute departure time due to the change of the flight time and they were very cordial and helpful and remarketed the translation time without any problems. The contact with Recife translated via WhatsApp is very simple and they always responded on time. I admit I read some less positive comments about them and I got a little frightened, but apparently there are people who mark translated with them through some platform and not directly with the Recife translated. Supposedly not always the communication between the two works properly. But after my experience I can assure you that if you directly mark your translations with the Recife translate you will not have any kind of problems. Unless it's clear that the car that's going to pick you up has some problem on the way. Which sometimes happens naturally. They are quite confident and always ready to help. My thanks to Recife Translate and I hope you continue with this great service. Wishes of great success. The transfer never showed up! We input our flight info and were told someone would be waiting with a sign but no one was at the airport. We spent an hour trying to find another van to get to Maragogi.
MALISIMO!!! The transfer NEVER ARRIVED and we were not even answered the phone. A mess. I had booked and was listed as booked, in fact I received an email the day before saying that everything was ready, but they never arrived I'd be happy to get my money back.
