ツアーはフーサヴィークから始まります。全員がバスに乗り込んだら、最初の観光地に向かいます。

The July 17, 2025 visit was cancelled at the last minute while we were waiting on the dock in Husavík. The local operator told us that the tour was cancelled by Viator on July 1. Trip Advisor still took payment on the 15th and issued the tickets. No possibility to book another visit the same day. Lost day.

We fully understand how disappointing it must have been to arrive at the harbor and learn that the tour was cancelled. Please rest assured that, as the operator, we did our utmost to inform you well in advance, the notification email was sent on the 1st of July, while your tour was scheduled for the 17th of July, in the hope of giving you time to arrange alternative plans. As an operator, we cannot cancel a booking on behalf of a customer. Our role is to inform guests when/ if a departure cannot operate and to offer the choice on how to proceed. In your case, options such as rescheduling for a future date, joining a tour from another harbor, or receiving a full refund were offered. Regarding the payment processed by Tripadvisor/Viator, this is managed entirely by their platform, and unfortunately outside our control. We understand, however, that the matter has since been addressed and the refund issued. We are very sorry that this situation meant you could not enjoy the experience as planned, and we truly hope that the rest of your time in Iceland brought you memorable and enjoyable moments. A quick run through the Icelandic origin story of 20 million years ago using practical examples. Our guide explained well and drew attention to the scenic features during our tour of the so-called “S.g. Diamond Cycles from Husvik alert. Somehow time had passed quickly, so that in the end no longer a stop at Lake Mygatan was possible. A phototop with a view from above then had to do it. Overall recommended to better understand Iceland.
Very nice route. However, the Dettifoss waterfall is approached from the other side than the one shown. So you can't climb that close to him. Still nice. I would have preferred to leave the lake to the left and see Godafoss instead.
